Single-axis controller for the position control of one axis
Fast, easy and efficient programming
The single-axis controller DMC-30000 with its compact design is ideal for applications with limited space or as an "island solution". You can program your servo drive and control events without a host computer. A simple solution for automating your machine.
Flexible hardware
There are 2 essential options for the hardware of a single-axis controller. You can use an external stepper motor driver or servo drive. Alternatively, you can choose from integrated amplifiers and drivers. Inputs and outputs for analog and digital signals are also available.
Position control & event control
The position control loop can be configured via commands. This gives you full control over PID values, acceleration, speed and other parameters. In addition, same applies to the inputs and outputs and status queries. Keep a reliable grip on timing events with a single-axis controller.
Path control & multitasking
A large number of motion sequences can be implemented with just 3-5 commands: point-to-point movement, jogging, linear and circular interpolation, contour movement, electronic coupling, ECAM, etc. For more complex tasks, use multitasking of up to 4 tasks.
Programming a single-axis controller
The single-axis controller can be programmed using simple commands. They always consist of 2 letters, such as BG = start. The GDK software supports you during start-up with configuration and programming functions. At last, real-time displays of position, inputs/outputs, etc. also make it easier to create time sequences.
